Scale and Polish
$249 for adults / $179 for childrenOur professional scale and polish service is an essential dental hygiene treatment designed to deeply clean, brighten, and protect your smile. During the visit, our hygienist gently scales away stubborn, hardened tartar buildup that regular brushing cannot remove, targeting difficult areas along and beneath the gumline. We then polish your teeth using a specialized paste to buff away surface stains from food and drink, leaving your enamel perfectly smooth and making it much harder for new plaque to accumulate. This comfortable, 30-to-45-minute treatment is your best defence against gum disease, tooth decay, and bad breath.
We recommend booking this vital preventive care every six months to maintain optimal oral health and keep your smile looking its best. Our standard scale and polish treatment is priced at $249 for adults and $179 for children. Investing in regular professional cleanings now helps prevent the need for more complex and costly dental treatments in the future

Teeth Whitening
from $650Professional teeth whitening is a safe, highly effective cosmetic treatment designed to lift stubborn stains and dramatically brighten your smile. Over time, factors like aging, tobacco use, and dark-coloured foods or drinks like coffee and red wine naturally discolour your enamel. Our professional treatments penetrate deep into the tooth surface to break apart these tough stains, delivering faster, more vibrant, and longer-lasting results than generic over-the-counter alternatives.
We offer premium whitening solutions tailored to your lifestyle, with pricing starting from $650. Our process begins with a comprehensive consultation to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy enough for treatment. Whether you choose our fast, high-powered in-office bleaching or our convenient custom take-home kits, we protect your sensitive gums and provide detailed aftercare instructions to help you maintain your brilliant new look

Diet & Nutrition
A healthy diet is essential for maintaining strong teeth and healthy gums. Incorporating nutrient-rich options like calcium-packed dairy, lean proteins, and crunchy fruits or vegetables strengthens tooth enamel and naturally cleans your mouth by stimulating saliva flow. Conversely, it is important to limit sticky sweets, sugary beverages, and starchy snacks, as these foods trap harmful bacteria and release destructive acids that cause tooth decay.
Smart daily habits further protect your smile beyond just choosing the right foods. Drinking fluoridated tap water throughout the day helps wash away debris and rebuild enamel, while eating structured, balanced meals ensures your saliva production peaks when your mouth needs it most. For optimal defence, always remember to wait about 30 minutes after consuming acidic foods before brushing to protect your softened enamel from abrasion

Mouth Guards
Custom-fitted mouth guards offer essential protection against teeth grinding, sports injuries, and sleep issues like snoring or mild sleep apnea. Unlike bulky, over-the-counter options, our custom guards are fabricated from precise digital impressions to ensure a perfect fit, maximum comfort, and superior durability. By choosing a professionally made guard, you benefit from optimal shock absorption and seamless breathing and speaking, protecting your long-term oral health and saving you from costly emergency dental procedures.
Getting your custom mouth guard is a simple, painless process that begins with a quick scan or mould of your teeth during your initial visit. Once our specialized lab crafts your guard from high-grade, durable materials, you will return for a quick fitting appointment to ensure your bite is perfectly aligned. With basic daily care—such as rinsing after use, storing it in a ventilated case, and bringing it to your regular dental checkups—your custom guard will reliably protect your smile for years to come.

Impressions
A dental impression is an accurate 3D replica of your teeth and oral tissues used to custom-craft dental appliances like crowns, bridges, and aligners. At our practice, we use both modern digital scanners—which capture high-resolution imagery using a comfortable, camera-equipped wand—and time-tested traditional putty moulds to suit your specific treatment needs. The entire procedure is quick and straightforward, ensuring a precise fit that matches your unique smile and bite for optimal results.

Fluoride Application
Professional fluoride application is a quick, painless treatment that strengthens tooth enamel and shields teeth from decay. During a routine visit, a professional-strength mineral varnish is painted onto the clean surfaces of your teeth, setting instantly upon contact with saliva. This thin protective barrier builds up a powerful shield against acid attacks from bacteria and sugars, while effectively reversing early signs of cavities and reducing painful tooth sensitivity.
Following the procedure, patients can immediately eat and drink, but must avoid hard, sticky foods and hot liquids for four to six hours. Brushing and flossing should also be paused during this time to allow maximum mineral absorption. Highly recommended for both children and adults—especially those with braces, dry mouth, or a history of frequent cavities—this safe and cost-effective treatment is typically recommended every 6 to 12 months to maintain long-term oral health

Desensitizing
Tooth sensitivity occurs when protective tooth enamel wears down or gums recede, exposing microscopic pathways called dentine tubules. When these pathways are left bare, everyday triggers like hot, cold, sweet, or acidic foods travel directly to the tooth's nerve centre, causing sharp, sudden flashes of pain. Common culprits behind this exposure include aggressive brushing, acid erosion, teeth grinding, or recent dental work.
Professional desensitising treatments at our practice provide immediate, non-invasive relief by safely sealing these open nerve pathways. Unlike over-the-counter options that take weeks to work, our fast in-office solutions—such as medical-grade fluoride varnishes, protective bonded resins, and custom nightguards—block pain signals instantly without the need for needles or drilling. These targeted therapies rebuild your defence system so you can comfortably enjoy your favourite foods again.

Dental Caries Diagnosis
Our practice utilizes a combination of traditional clinical expertise and advanced technology to diagnose dental caries in their earliest stages. During a routine examination, we perform a thorough visual inspection and use precise dental instruments to check for soft spots on the enamel. To identify hidden decay, we employ low-radiation digital X-rays that reveal cavities forming between the teeth or beneath the gumline, alongside modern laser fluorescence and infrared transillumination tools that catch microscopic decay long before it becomes visible to the naked eye.
Catching tooth decay early is essential because early-stage cavities rarely cause pain or noticeable sensitivity. By diagnosing decay at the "incipient" or enamel stage, we can often reverse the damage using non-invasive fluoride treatments rather than fillings. Regular diagnostic screenings allow us to protect your natural tooth structure, prevent the need for complex root canals, and ensure your treatment remains entirely painless and cost-effective.

Tissue Examination
A tissue examination, or biopsy, is a routine diagnostic dental procedure used to accurately identify abnormal changes inside your mouth, such as unexplained lumps, persistent red or white patches, or sores that fail to heal within two weeks. During the quick and painless process, your dentist applies a local anaesthetic to numb the area before collecting a small sample of the affected oral tissue. This sample is sent to a specialist pathology laboratory, where cells are analysed under a microscope to provide a definitive diagnosis and ensure total peace of mind, as most biopsies reveal completely benign conditions.
Recovery is straightforward and typically requires only minimal post-procedure care, such as eating soft foods, avoiding spicy items, and gently rinsing with warm salt water. Any mild, temporary discomfort can be easily managed with standard over-the-counter pain relief. The laboratory analysis generally takes about 7 to 10 working days, after which your dentist will host a follow-up consultation to review the pathologist's report together and discuss any necessary next steps or tailored treatment plans.
-
Radiography
Dental radiography (X-rays) is a safe and vital diagnostic tool that allows our team to see beyond the surface of your smile. By using advanced digital imaging, we can quickly detect hidden health issues such as early decay between teeth, infections around the roots, and bone loss from gum disease. These clear images help us create precise, personalized treatment plans for procedures like fillings, root canals, and implants long before minor issues become painful problems.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, which is why our practice utilizes modern digital technology. This advanced equipment reduces radiation exposure by up to 80% compared to traditional film X-rays and delivers instant results on our screens. Combined with protective lead aprons, our quick and non-invasive imaging process ensures you receive the highest standard of preventive dental care with total peace of mind.

Post-Operative Care
Following your dental procedure, proper at-home care is essential to prevent infection, minimize discomfort, and ensure quick healing. For surgical treatments like extractions, it is critical to maintain firm pressure on the gauze pad, avoid spitting or using straws to protect the blood clot, and stick to soft, cool foods. For non-surgical treatments like fillings, crowns, or deep cleanings, avoid chewing until the numbness wears off to prevent injury, expect some temporary sensitivity, and floss temporary restorations carefully by sliding the floss out sideways. Managing swelling with ice packs and taking recommended pain relief before anaesthesia fades will keep you comfortable across all treatment types.
While mild tenderness, minor bleeding, and slight swelling are normal parts of the recovery process, certain symptoms require immediate professional attention. Please contact our office right away if you experience severe, throbbing pain that medication cannot relieve, or heavy bleeding that does not stop with pressure. You should also call us immediately if your swelling worsens after three days, if you develop a fever over 38°C, or if you experience an adverse reaction to prescribed medication
